Sixty years ago, during a tomb robbery in Egypt, Murat discovers an ancient painting and unknowingly unleashes the curse of Umm al-Subyan. This curse tears him away from his family and traps him in a dark mansion in Istanbul. Years later, as Murat lies on his deathbed, he summons his grandson Can, who seeks to confront the past. When Can arrives at the mansion with his girlfriend Basak, his friend Aziz, and Gülru, they find themselves engulfed in a dense fog that cuts them off from the outside world, along with a series of supernatural events.

As the ghosts of the past and buried betrayals surface within the mansion’s corridors, the group falls victim to the curse one by one. As Can’s body becomes possessed by the curse, Basak and Gülru—who is revealed to be a medium—attempt to imprison it back into the painting through an ancient ritual. However, this dark cycle does not end with death; it continues to live on through an unborn presence in a womb. By the end of this night, woven with sacrifice and terror, the curse has found a new path to survive.
